Member Happy Hours
Our Hye Society members are the soul of William Chris, and as you well know we love to create occasions to mix and mingle with you! In direct response to member feedback, and in an effort to share a piece of our world near you, we now host regular Membership Happy Hours at some of our favorite retailers around the state and we want you to join us! Check our Outside Events calendar regularly to find out when we will be near you next. We'd love to raise a glass of Texas wine with you!
How long does it take to get into Hye Society?
Since William Chris is a small production winery, we keep a careful eye on the number of wine club members we have so that we are sure to have plenty of wine to meet our member's needs. It typically takes 2-6 weeks to process your request and get you set up in our wine club.
NOTE: Total spaces in Hye Society are limited.
Logistics and Payments
If you choose to have your wine shipped, an adult signature is required and a business address is recommended. If you prefer to pick up your wine, you may do so however any wine that has not been claimed for 45 days after the date that the credit card on file has been charged will be shipped to the address on file. Cancellations and order preferences must be received 30 days before releases are processed - two e-mail reminders will be sent to you. Credit cards will be securely stored in your member profile and charged on the processing date of each shipment - this charge which will happen after you have received the two e-mail reminders is non-refundable.
Can I skip a Club Release?
We allow our members to skip up to 2 shipments in a 12-month period. If you would like to skip your release, please contact our membership department for assistance.
Returns and Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed.
We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
Wine Club Cancellations
All wine club cancellations MUST be made 30 days prior to a wine club release. You will receive an e-mail reminder the month prior to your shipment prompting you to update your wine club information.
Given the limited quantities of wine set aside especially for our Hye Society members, we are unable to give refunds after wine club orders are processed.
