Sparkling Styles Class

From traditional to modern to local, we'll taste and learn about the variations of sparkling wine styles that are particularly enjoyable around the holidays. In this 90-minute course prepare to consider the influence that grape variety, vineyard, and winemaking choices have on the final style of sparkling wine and its price.

 

Five wine-tasting samples from Texas and the world will be used to guide a discussion of sparkling wine styles.
