Since 2010, William Chris has created a blend called "Hunter" and each time we release this crowd favorite, the infamous "red cap" Malbec/Merlot is one that is here today, gone tomorrow.
Careful farming, the 20+ year-old vines, and a dose of good luck from mother nature consistently gives us high-quality, multi-layered fruit from Hunter Vineyard. It always beautifully displays the High Plains terroir. This year, the winemakers chose to complement the Hunter Merlot fruit out of Terry County with a dash of Gilliam Gap Malbec from neighboring Hockley County.
Drink now through 2025.
