Step into the world of the makers with our brand new tasting experience - William Chris Cellar Tasting: The Makers. This wine-tasting adventure is a true ode to the craftsmanship and passion behind each bottle. We invite you to immerse yourself in this one-of-a-kind tasting experience that pays tribute to the people who have handcrafted them over the years.
 
Taste a journey through time in our intimate Barrel Room, nestled in the heart of our off-site barrel space. Our tasting experience is a true celebration of our brand's past, present, and future. Limited-release wines and vintages will tell the history of William Chris Vineyards. As you sip, our Wine Ambassador will tell the stories of the people behind each bottle, and about their individual winemaking philosophies that have inspired our wines. As we look to the future of Texas wines, you will taste wine right from the barrel as a preview of what is yet to come!

This experience is held at our wine cellar located 6 minutes from William Chris Vineyards at 235 Miracle Mile, Stonewall, TX 78671. Searching "William Chris Wine School" on Google Maps will also lead to this location.

  • Pet Policy

    Due to the indoor nature of this experience, no pets are allowed to join along without service animal designation/certification. We also kindly request you follow these guidelines when bringing pets to the vineyard:

    • Dogs are to remain on a leash at all times.
    • Please help us keep this property beautiful, clean up after your dog. Bags and receptacles are provided.
    • Pet owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior - please remain attentive.
    • Dogs MUST be up to date on all shots.
    • Be mindful of your neighbors, and be courteous.
    • Dogs who display any type of aggression are not allowed.

  • Cancellations

    We understand that unexpected conflicts arise. We kindly ask that if possible, you provide us with 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your scheduled reservation so that we may accommodate other guests. Call us at 830.998.7654 or email reservations@williamchriswines.com to cancel.

  • What to Expect

    We offer live music on the weekends and snack plates to satisfy your appetite. We even provide cold water, fans, blankets, and outdoor heaters to keep you comfortable if you choose to take a seat outdoors no matter the season.

    Note: All large group tastings are scheduled outdoors under the covered pavilion.
