Decadent and roasty with moderate residual sugar, a very food friendly fortified wine.
A dusty, salmon color, this rosé emits aromas of honeydew melon which lead to slightly ripened strawberries and Granny Smith green apples. This wine finishes with tropical fruit undertones. Drink now through 2020.

This rosé was whole-cluster pressed two hours after harvest, with minimal skin contact giving the juice a light pink cotton candy color. Aromas of strawberries and cream, raspberry, and subtle citrus peel hit the nose. On the palate, a rich minerality mixes with citrus, stone fruit, and strawberry. A touch of flint supports its lingering finish.
Aromas of bramble fruit, violets and plum touch the nose, while well-structured tannins with notes of dark cherry and mocha with a hint of black pepper paint the palate.
A pale shade of straw opening with a delicate nose of green apple and slate, the wine brings to the palate Meyer lemon zest, backed by green mango and a return of a subtle apple note with the clean, flinty finish. - Charlie Wright, Houston Wine Merchant
