Top 100 in the World’s Best Vineyards three years running. In 2025 we climbed into the World’s 50 Best Vineyards at No. 31 — the first and only Texas winery ever named to the list. It’s also a big part of why we keep turning up in searches for the best wineries in Texas, and why Fredericksburg visitors often stop by Hye — deep in Texas wine country — on their way in or out of town.

Bill and Chris agreed on that before they agreed on anything else. It’s why we call ourselves winegrowers — we farm our own estate vineyards right here in Hye, and we’ve spent nearly two decades building relationships with the family growers who farm the rest, all across Texas.
Old-world sensibility, low-intervention winemaking, and a hundred years of Texas viticulture behind us. The land does most of the talking.
