Ingredients
  • 1 cup Extra Vigin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Canola Oil
  • 2 cups Sherry Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Large Shallot, Diced
  • 1/2 cup Cherries, Diced Small
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients and shake well. Serve over salad.
